The audit process is simple. A principal of Northwest Employee Relations visits your company, or conducts an interview by phone for smaller companies, and answers a detailed questionnaire and collects all relevant forms and documents. We review all information provided and write a report outlining specific strengths and weaknesses, including recommendations, and a time table for completion.
If the audit indicates changes are needed, we will give detailed, specific, practical suggestions, enabling you to make the needed changes with the least effort.
